Terms and Conditions

We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds for any reason, exchange only.  No  refunds on any payments.  Any disputes must be handled outside of the  credit card charge back process. All returns of live animals are  strictly at the discretion of Flix Shop.  We cannot guarantee your  husbandry practices and therefore there is no guarantee longer than 7  days. We must be notified of any concern within 7 days of receipt of  your animal for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed  to by Flix Shop we will send you a return Fedex label to return  your animal to us. Once we receive the animal we will make arrangements  to ship your exchange animal to you.
